FIFA 19 is expected to be released on the following platforms:

If you’re playing lots of Ultimate Team, it makes sense to get the Champions Edition or The Ultimate Edition, but there’s a catch, you can only get one edition per week.
WHERE TO BUY THE NEW FIFA 19?
The prices for the consoles (PS4 and Xbox One) are almost the same with all major providers and resellers.
If you want to purchase and play the game on the official release date, you can get the digital version through Amazon, PSN Store, and the Xbox Store. You can also get the game 3 days in advance depending on the edition you’ll get. (See table)
Xbox One and PC users have the opportunity to gain access to the games as early as the 20th of September through EA Access or Origin Access.
If you want to have a physical copy of the game, order the Standard Edition through Amazon. Amazon is usually faster in sending the game as compared to other online markets like Media Market or Saturn. If you’re lucky. You’ll get the game a day earlier before the official release date.
If you want to have the game as affordable and as early as possible for your PC, purchase it through MMOGA.
If you want it as early as possible, Origin will be your option. Origin will enable you to download the game a day before the official release day and play it directly on the worldwide release day, September 28, 2018.
